Are you passions calling you to service? We would love for you to invest your time and talents in Operation Hug-A-Hero! We are growing our HeroCorps of Volunteers and welcome your involvement. Our organization is nearly 100% volunteer-driven. Learn more about our most urgent opportunities for volunteers or contact us with your own ideas on how you want to help through personal service. Whether you have 1 hour/week or 20 hours/week to give, your service will have an impact!
The more dollars we raise, the more families we can help. Do you have an event that is already a tradition in your community or in your workplace? We would be honored to be one of the organizations that you choose as a beneficiary, just like the community of Walled Lake, MI did when they hosted their inaugural 5K Run and 1M Family Fun Walk in 2009. The event was such a success, that it will be an annual event benefitting Operation Hug-A-Hero.
Operation Hug-A-Hero is a great organization to inspire a new event or fundraising initiative. From a bake sale to a golf outing, a 10K run to a motorcycle ride, we have some ideas, including some easy-to-implement “packaged” fundraisers, to help you get started.
